今日食谱:

野鼠尾草籽&亞麻籽&黑芝麻全麥麵包+番茄&豆芽苗+溫泉蛋=營養滿分三明治早餐

自從升級成素食系統9.0后,

在外面吃飯的次數減少了不說,

自己動手做各種健康食品的興趣就跟牛市股票似的長線飆升.

然後就添置各種裝13設備.

當食品新鮮出爐后的第一件事就是要構思一下怎麼樣擺拍才能更好看更誘人.

與此同時也好好的安撫一下有強迫症和完美主義的天秤的心.

對於我來說,

這樣活著真的很幸福.

你吃什麼樣的食物 決定了你會有怎麼樣的身體.


Today's recipe:

Chia seeds & flaxseed & black sesame whole wheat bread slices, topped with tomatoes and bean sprouts and a half-cooked egg.

Since I became a vegetarian,

I barely eat outside and I'm getting more and more interested in cooking by myself.

Then I bought various kinds of equipments to satisfy myself.

How to take pictures to make my food looks more amazing and attractive is the most important thing to do after the freshly-cooked.

At the meanwhile, it can also comforts my OCD (Obsessive-compulsive disorder) and perfectionism thanks to Libra.

It's happy for me to live healthy.

오늘의 레시피:

치아씨드 & 아마씨 & 검은 깨 통밀빵 + 토마토 & 콩나물 & 반숙계란 = 영양만점의 샌드위치 아침이다.

채식시스템으로 설정한 후에,

밖에서 먹는 흿수를 줄인 것도

자기 손으로 만든 음식의 취미를 폭풍같이 불어 올린다.

그래서 각종 조리기구를 많이 사왔다.

어떻게 사진속에서 더 예쁘게 보이는지,

어떻게 더 맛있게 보이는 것은 요리를 완성하자마자 제일 먼저 생각해야 하는 일이 된다. 

그 다음에는

천칭자리 때문에 내 강박증이나 완벽주의를 만족시킬 수 있다.

나한테는

건강하게 사는 것은 너무 행복하다.

자신이 어떤 음식을 먹느냐에 따라

어떤 사람이 될 수 있는지 결정된다.
