今日食谱:红豆鯛魚燒(小魚餅)

很想念韓國家樓下大媽賣的1000塊韓幣三個小魚餅.

於是乎當機立斷馬上買了個模具.

兩個雞蛋,兩杯低粉(700克左右),半杯玉米澱粉,2克泡打粉,一碗牛奶,橄欖油2-3滴

雞蛋+蜂蜜攪拌均勻之後加入牛奶然後把所有粉混在一起過篩后攪拌至無顆粒狀態之後裝在裱花袋裡.紅豆煮熟后把水倒出來然後晾一下加蜂蜜攪拌均勻.模具抹少許橄欖油開小火預熱然後擠入模具大概6-7分滿時挖一勺熟的紅豆沙放在中間再擠上面漿,蓋起來回移動使之受熱均勻,大概1分鐘后翻面.

然後就噹噹噹噹~出爐!

在咬下去那一瞬間,我感覺到有一束光和神聖的教堂背景音樂.

可悲的是做了9個吃了5個.

好吧,人魚線雕刻運動多做幾組就好了...啊哈哈哈



Today's recipe: Red bean Taiyaki (little fish buns)

I miss the 1000won for 3 "fishes" that was selling near my home in Korea.

So I made a quick decision to buy the fish pan.

2 eggs, 2 cups (about 700g) of low-gluten flour, half cup of corn starch,baking powder 2g,1 bowl of milk, 2 drops of olive oil

Put 2 eggs in a big bowl and stir with appropriate amount of honey (you can use sugar) well, add milk and sift the flour, baking powder, corn starch into the bowl. Then mix well into a smooth paste. Put into a pastry bag. Boil the red bean and pull the water out and stir with honey.Brush over the pan with olive oil (you can use butter) and put on the stove with the little fire for preheating a bit and then squeeze the pastry bag about 2/3 full of the model, scoop out a spoon of red bean paste in the middle of it and then squeeze the pastry bag till the pan is full. Close up the pan and keep moving a bit to make sure it cooks evenly. Turn to the other side of the pan in 1 minute and keep cooking for about 1 minute.

Freshly cooked!

I saw the light and heard of the melody from the church (kind of) while I was biting it.

Well, the sad truth was I made 9 fishes and I ate 5 of them.

Never mind, I just need to do more groups of abs...LOL


오늘의 레시피: 붕어빵

나는 한국집 근처에 아줌아가 파는 1000원 3개의 붕어빵을 너무 그립다.

주저없이 바로 붕어빵팬을 샀다.

달걀 2개, 박력분 밀가루 2컵(700그램 정도),콘스타치 반컵,베이킹 파우더 2그램, 우유 1그릇, 꿀 1큰술(설탕으로 바꿈 가능), 오리브 오일 2방울, 팥앙금 200그램

 달걀이 꿀이랑 큰 그릇에서 섞은 후에 우유를 넣고 다시 섞어준 다음에 그릇에 밀가루와 베이킹파우더과 콘스타치를 체에 걸러 넣고 뭉치지 않게 잘 풀고 섞어준 다음에 패스트리 백에 넣는다.팬을 약불에 쌀짝 가열하여서 오리브 오일(버터로 바꿈 가능)을 발라준다.준비해둔 반죽을 팬에 2/3정도 채운후 가운데 팥앙금(1 술가락정도)를 넣은후 다시  반죽을 부어  앙금을 덮어준다. 약불에서 서서히 이동하면서 1분정도 양면을 뒤집어가며 골고루 익혀준다.

그다음에 샬라라라라 완성한다!

붕어빵을 먹는 순간에 나는 빛이 보이고 교회의 음악이 들인다.

근데 슬픔보다 더 슬픈 사실은 붕어빵을 9개를 만들었지만,

나는 5개를 먹었다.

괜찮아, 복근운동을 몇번 더 하면 되지,뭐...ㅋㅋㅋ
