今日食譜:野鼠尾草籽蔬果排毒沙律(紅蘿蔔+黃瓜+聖女果+香蕉+苦苣+牛油果)

半根紅蘿蔔削皮切丁(紅蘿蔔既是蔬菜也是水果),一條小黃瓜削皮切丁,5個聖女果洗淨切塊,一條香蕉切塊,一把苦苣(九芽菜)洗淨濾乾水分,半顆牛油果挖出切片→擺盤→撒上10克野鼠尾草籽.


P.S:可以淋上意大利甜醋BALSAMIC或無糖酸奶都可以.正在減脂的緣故所以我只放了點椰子油和一點醬油還有一點芥末,味道也是棒棒噠.



Today's recipe:  Detox salad with chia seeds (carrot+cucumber+tomatoes+banana+Endives+avocado)

Peel and cut half a carrot into cubes.Peel and cut 1 baby cucumber into cubes.Wash and cut 5 baby tomatoes into quarter. Cut 1 banana into cubes.Wash the endives thoroughly. Break the bad leaves off, and rub the endives under cold water, then dry. Cut 1 avocado in slices. Place in a plate and pour 10g chia seeds.


P.S: You can make Italian Balsamic Vinegar dressing or sugar-free yogurt. I just put coconut oil and a bit soy sauce and wasabi because I'm reducing my body fat.

 

오늘의 레시피: 디톡스 채과 치아씨드 샐러드(당근+오이+토마토+바나나+엔다이브+아보카도)

당근 1/2개의 껍질을 벗기고 정육면체 모양으로 썬다. 아기 오이 1개의 껍질을 벗기고 정육면체 모양으로 썬다. 방울 토마토 5개을 씻고 4분의 1로 썬다. 엔다이브을 잘 씻어 주고 나쁜 잎 끝 부분을 제거하고 냉수에서 놓는다. 그다음에 문지른다. 아보카도 1개를 조각으로 썬다.그릇에 예쁘게 놓고 치아씨드(10그램)을 뿌린다.


P.S: 드레싱은 이탈리아 발사믹 식초나 무설탕 요거트를 이용해도 괜찮다. 나는 그냥 체지방을 줄이고 있어서 코코넛 오일과 간장과 와사비만 드레싱을 만들었다~
