今日食譜: 涼拌魔芋塊


魔芋(蒟蒻) 200g、香菜一把、蔥花適量、老陳醋2大勺、有機醬油2大勺、芝麻油1茶匙、花椒油1茶匙、黑胡椒粉適量、白芝麻適量、黃瓜絲(可選)、聖女果(可選)


1.魔芋洗淨切小塊後放置一邊;

2.香菜洗淨稍微切小段(不吃香菜的請略過此步);

3.將所有調料放在一個小碗裡然後倒入一半的醬汁到魔芋上;

4.稍微攪拌一下後卷好黃瓜絲和聖女果放在頂部做裝飾,撒上黑胡椒粉;

5.把剩下的醬汁全部倒進去,開吃!


P.S: 炎熱夏日,涼拌菜成了我的心頭愛~既然沒什麼胃口就吃點酸的開開胃吧!


Today's recipe: Konjak(Konjac) Salad


Ingredients: 200g konjak、sliced cucumber(optional) 、cherry tomato(optional)

Seasoning: 1 fresh parsley、chopped green onion、2 tablespoons Chinese vinegar、2 tablespoons liquid aminos、1 teaspoon sesame oil、1 teaspoon Sichuan pepper oil、pepper powder、white sesame


2 servings / 5 minutes


1. Wash and cut konjak into long cubes and set aside

2.Wash parsley and cut a bit (pass this step if you DON'T eat parsley)

3.Put all seasonings into a bowl and pour half of the sauce into theKonjak cubes

4.Set the sliced cucumber and chopped cherry tomato on the top of the Konjak and put pepper powder

5.Pour another half of the sauce into the salad and ENJOY it!


P.S: Hot hot summer needs cooling down! So salad is the best choice!
