關於廚藝

我發現我已經開啟了小廚姐的模式

天天睡醒第一件事就是想 今天做點什麼吃呢

可被朋友批判因為不放'糖,油'所以太過於健康結論就是:太!難!吃!

儘管如此 我自己很享受這樣的食物

因為我知道好吃的東西一定是不健康的

所有的好味道都是由於各種調味料(鹽也是哦親)

我想,人生嘛

健健康康活著才是最重要的


About cooking

I found out that I'm fond of cooking soooo much.~

I start to think over what should I cook today when I open my eyes on every morning.

But my friends all said the food(made by myself) are so disgusting(difficult to chew) beacuase my 'NO SUGAR , NO OIL, NO BUTTER' pattern.

Even though, I still enjoying them so much beacuse I know HEALTHY FOOD SHOULDN'T BE TASTED WELL. All the good tastes thanks to the condiments (salt included).

I think Health is the most important thing in our lives.


요리 솜씨

요즘 요리에 대한 관심이 많아졌다. 

매일 아침에 일어나자마자 오늘에 무슨 요리를 할까 싶다.

근데 '설탕X , 오일X, 버터X' 패턴때문에 맛.없.다 이런 소리를 친구에게서 많이 들었다.

하지만 나는 이런 음식을 잘 먹는다.

나는 건강한 음식들이 원래 맛이 없다는 사실을 알고 있다.

맛있는 음식은 음식자체의 맛이 아니라 조미료덕분이다 (소금도 조미료다).

인생에서 가장 중요한 것은 건강이 아닐까?
